Batch and expiry
Know what expires next, before it does
Turn batch tracking on for the items that need it and leave everything else alone. Tracked items ask for a batch at the point of counting, sorted nearest expiry first, and an expired batch cannot be counted by accident.
- Per-item toggle — untracked lines count exactly as they always did.
- First-expiry-first-out prompts, with new batches created inline mid-count.
- Expired batches flagged and confirmed explicitly, never silently.
- A storeroom-wide expiry dashboard with 30 and 90 day windows and CSV export.
- Variance reports broken down batch by batch under each item.
