Is there a free trial?: Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. No card is needed to import a catalogue and run your first count.
Do I need barcode hardware?: No. A phone camera reads QR, Code 128, EAN and Code 39. Hardware wedge scanners work out of the box if you have them.
Can I change plan later?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Where is our data held?: In a managed, access-controlled database. Each organisation's catalogue, counts and audit trail are isolated from every other account.
